Thank you for shopping with Branjo Collective.

All physical products sold through Branjo Collective are made on demand through our fulfillment partners. Because each item is created specifically after your order is placed, our return and refund policy is different from a traditional retail store.

Made-to-Order Products

All apparel, mugs, journals, stickers, bottles, and other physical merchandise are made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color preference
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item selection
  • Customer-provided address errors

Please review product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the next step.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Size Exchanges

Because our products are made on demand, we do not offer size exchanges.

Please check the size guide before ordering apparel. If you are unsure between sizes, we recommend reviewing the product measurements carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloads, workbooks, courses, and other digital resources are generally non-refundable once purchased or accessed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
