Thank you for shopping with Branjo Collective.

All physical products sold through Branjo Collective are made on demand through our fulfillment partners. This means each item is created after your order is placed. We do not personally stock or ship inventory from our own location.

Order Fulfillment

Because our products are made on demand, please allow time for your order to be created before it ships.

Fulfillment time may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location. Most items are typically fulfilled within a few business days, but production times can vary.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier.

Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping options.

Because products may come from different fulfillment locations, shipping costs may vary depending on the items in your cart.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different facilities or require different production times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Branjo Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or mailroom first.

If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the fulfillment provider and/or carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the next step.
