There Is Still Fire in You

This morning on The Morning Charge, we started the week leading into the Ignite Conference with a simple but needed reminder:

There is still fire in you.

A lot of people have walked through disappointment, pressure, routine, discouragement, and just the weight of life. Because of that, they assume the fire is gone. But many times, it is not gone. It is just buried.

Buried under exhaustion.
Buried under distraction.
Buried under hurt.
Buried under fear.
Buried under waiting too long in the wrong mindset.

But buried is not dead.

That was the heart of today’s teaching. If God is the One who lit the fire in the first place, then life does not get the final say over it. Fear does not get the final say over it. Disappointment does not get the final say over it.

God still knows how to breathe on what feels low, covered, and almost forgotten.

We talked about how the fire on the altar in Scripture was never meant to go out. It had to be tended. It had to be protected. It had to be fed. And the same is true in our own lives. Fire does not stay strong by accident. It must be stewarded.

A Few Things to Reflect On

  • What has been sitting on top of the fire in my life?
  • Have I mistaken low fire for dead fire?
  • Where have fear, routine, or disappointment covered what God put in me?
  • What do I need to return to this week so the fire can be stirred again?

Inside the Branjo Circle, we’re taking this conversation further.

That’s where the full recap, scripture references, reflection questions, and the real discussion around today’s topic are happening. If today’s Morning Charge stirred something in you, don’t leave it at a short recap. Come join the real conversation.

This is exactly why we built the Branjo Circle. Social media is great for reaching people, but it is not always the best place for real discipleship, real discussion, and real growth. The Branjo Circle gives us a healthier place to walk this out together.

Join us inside the Branjo Circle and come be part of the conversation.
